Set in a large single storey building in the corner of St. Michael’s Place, set back from the bustle of the Bridgegate in Retford. The main gallery space has exhibited work by painters, ceramicists, a paper-cutter, jeweller, & photographers. These solo exhibitions change every two months and are displayed alongside a gallery shop with a range of cards and smaller art & craft items for sale.
Classes and courses also take place in the well-lit workshop space at the rear of the gallery and there are also four permanent artists’ studios within the building, where painters, printmakers and textile artists work.
