Events through April to July – including Open Studios Festival Fortnight 11-26 June – are an opportunity to discover artists & makers and their work, often with demonstrations & other activities as part of the experience.

As the listings show, many artists are running individual studio events (sometimes with other artists guesting). There are also group events and 3 festival events – Lady Bay Arts Trail (13-14 May in South Notts), the Shine Festival at Thoresby (11-26 June in North Notts) and Patchings Festival (14-17 July in Central Notts).
