Open Studios Notts began in 2012, as a volunteer-run initiative, supported from 2012 to 2015 by the Arts Development Service of Nottinghamshire County Council and from 2016 onwards by Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries. Each year, artists from around Nottinghamshire, and from 2016 also around the city of Nottingham, have set up events to meet the public either in their studios or in temporary group venues. Our 2021 event celebrated 10 years of Open Studios Notts with a Virtual Exhibition.
