Traditional hooked rugs using recycled and scrap fabric with a comtemporary theme.
I am a trained knitwear designer who attended a rug workshop many years ago. Passionate about sustainability and using inspiration from my love of colour, geometry and pattern I now design traditional hooked rugs using recycled and scrap fabric. I work from my lounge as I presently do not have a studio. After many years of working in the legal profession, in 2016 I undertook a Master degree in textiles with a view to approaching higher end markets to showcase my work.
