24 April to 4 June, 2020 – Inspire: Culture, Learning & Libraries supports Open Studios Notts by commissioning and curating PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITIONS in our Library Galleries. This year they will be doing things slightly differently. Inspire will promote selected artists and makers through a virtual exhibition!
The 2020 Inspire photography exhibition will highlight the work and workplaces of artists and craftspeople taking part in this year’s event.

These fantastic photographs (as taken by Neil Pledger) show a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into the working worlds of a sample of local artists and makers. Whether they work in their living rooms, sheds or studios, discover where and how this unique work is created. Inspire aims to virtually link the visitor to the artists, to continue ‘Bringing Artists Into View‘.
