John & Sue Lacey are both retired from main stream employment (5 years) and have taken to recycling and upcycling items that they have come across to save them from just becoming landfill or fuel for the fire, including sea glass and drift wood from the beach – mainly Northumberland.
JOHN LACEY – STUDIO
We do not have a studio, per se, rather we complete our projects wherever is suitable – kitchen table, utility room or garden shed. All depends on the size and complexity of each project.

The materials we use comprise reclaimed wood and articles, driftwood and sea glass collected from the beach.

- Cork hanging decoration – by John, – from recycled wine corks – approx 20 cm diameter with chain hanging to provide adjustable hanging height. Item shown is fitted with decorative lights and priced at £25. Items are available made from champagne / prosecco corks and can be unlit if preferred – prices on application.
