Open Studios Notts 2020

The OSNotts website has had a facelift – with mobile friendly revamp, fresh imagery in the header, plus this year’s artists & events added (www.osnotts.co.uk) … explore the site to discover who is opening their studio around the county & city in May/June.

DISCOVER ART & CRAFT IN YOUR COMMUNITY – this year you can meet over 250 artists & makers at 75 venues around the County and City through May & early June – see the Event Listings on this website for more and from April look out for our printed events brochure County & City libraries as well as other local outlets (and a digital version will also be available on the website). You can also view an Events Timeline. Here is a small sample of who you can meet:

You can also visit three linked exhibitions (24 April – 4 June) at Creswell Crags Museum & Heritage Centre, Arnold Library & Beeston Library (A-C on the map) – each with photographs of OSNotts artists & craftspeople in their studios & work spaces, as taken by Neil Pledger, alongside event information – courtesy of Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries. FREE Admission. MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW.

The events are an opportunity to meet artists & makers and discover their work, often with demonstrations & other activities as part of the experience. Many offer refreshments or are near to one or more of Nottinghamshire’s wide range of café’s & pubs.

Most events are FREE – a few make a small charge to help cover costs or for charity.
